Overview

Over 14 weeks, dedicating just 2-3 hours per week, participants will learn how to solve problems, get to know their business better, build internal relationships, and understand the commercial reality of solutions.

The programme equips them with the tools and skills to provide an answer to not only the challenge you set them but any business challenges you want them to take on going forward.

Benefits

Business-Driven Challenges: Each challenge is directly set by your organisation, ensuring projects are relevant and can lead to actionable outcomes that can create cost savings, efficiency improvements, or new revenue streams.

Organisational Insight and Networking: Participants engage with various departments and key stakeholders within the organisation, increasing their understanding of the business and building valuable relationships.

Ownership and Real-World Problem Solving: Young employees take the lead on projects. This gives them a genuine experience of what it's like to tackle and solve business challenges, helping them to build their skills, resilience and adaptability.

Accessible Innovation Education: The content is specifically designed to be quickly understood and applied by young employees, making innovative concepts accessible to all participants, regardless of their prior experience.

CPD Accredited: The programme is fully CPD certified and participants will earn a certificate upon completion.
