Powering Futures believes that every young person should have the opportunity to be happy and successful in their future. They prepare the workforce of the future for the jobs of the future by unlocking potential and equipping 16-25 year-olds with qualifications, skills, and the confidence to succeed. We are launching the ‘Small Business 1000’ with The Herald to give everyone the opportunity to access a pipeline of talent.

The SB1000 recognises small businesses with fewer than 50 employees that are shaping Scotland’s future - by creating jobs, supporting young talent and leading with purpose.
