Graduate FastTrack is an 8-week training and development programme delivered by Powering Futures. The programme costs £500 and includes three in-person sessions, programme materials, guided learning activities, and support.
Your place is reserved once payment has been made.
1. Your 14-day cancellation right
If you purchase Graduate FastTrack online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving a reason.
If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and the programme has not started, we will provide a full refund.
To cancel, please email graduatefasttrack@poweringfutures.com and clearly state that you wish to cancel your Graduate FastTrack place.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
2. Refunds up to 28 days before the programme starts
After the 14-day cancellation period has passed, you can still request a refund up to 28 days before the Graduate FastTrack programme starts in September.
If you cancel at least 28 days before the programme start date, Powering Futures will provide a full refund of the programme fee.
3. Cancellations less than 28 days before the programme starts
Refunds are not normally available less than 28 days before the programme start date, as programme planning, staffing, materials, and your reserved place will already be committed.
In exceptional circumstances, Powering Futures may consider a deferral to a future Graduate FastTrack cohort, a transfer of your place to another eligible participant, or another suitable arrangement. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of Powering Futures.
4. Once the programme has started
Once Graduate FastTrack has started, refunds are not normally available.
This includes non-attendance, partial attendance, or withdrawal during the 8-week programme.
In exceptional circumstances, Powering Futures may consider a deferral to a future cohort, a transfer, or another suitable arrangement. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. If Powering Futures cancels the programme
If Powering Futures cancels Graduate FastTrack and cannot offer a suitable alternative date or cohort, you will receive a full refund.
If we need to reschedule an individual session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a suitable alternative arrangement.
6. Checkout confirmation
At checkout, you will be asked to confirm:
“I understand that I have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund, provided the programme has not started. After the 14-day cancellation period has passed, I can request a full refund up to 28 days before the programme starts.“
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
