NEXT STEPS
3 classroom sessions to help students explore careers
WHAT IS ‘NEXT STEPS’?
Next Steps helps senior phase students explore different career paths and make informed subject choices.
Through three interactive sessions, students learn about salaries, skills, and pathways to real-world careers — supported by an AI chatbot that tailors recommendations based on their interests.
BY THE END OF THE SESSIONS STUDENTS WILL:
Have a clearer understanding of the link between subjects, skills, and future jobs.
Know more about salaries, routes, and opportunities across different careers.
Discover new roles that match their interests and strengths.
Feel more confident about their next steps after school.
