Through eight weeks of real business challenges, Graduate FastTrack reveals what an application can't: how people actually work.

What's different

We focus on attitude.

Over eight weeks, we gather evidence to build a profile of each participant that shows:

  • how much effort they put in
  • whether they follow through on what they say
  • how they work with other people
  • how willing they are to learn
  • how they respond to feedback
  • how they deal with setbacks
  • whether they keep going when the work gets difficult

You get to see people over time.

Instead of judging someone on an application or a single interview, you get evidence of their effort, consistency and development across eight weeks.

You can then focus your attention on the people who stand out, build an early relationship with them, and encourage them towards your opportunities.

What participants do

Eight weeks on a real challenge.

Participants work in teams, moving from first ideas to a final presentation through a mix of in-person sessions and independent work.

You’ll be matched with students interested in your organisation, sector or opportunities.

Meet people properly, explain what you’re looking for and identify anyone you may want to keep in touch with.

Week 8 - 31st March

Final showcase

One afternoon

See participants present their solutions and hear how they approached the challenge, worked as a team and responded when things did not go to plan.

Reconnect with anyone who stood out in Week 3.
