What you put in matters
There are no shortcuts.
The more you put into FastTrack, the more you'll get out of it.
You don't need to be the smartest person in the room. You don't need to have all the answers. You do need to be willing to get involved, work with others and challenge yourself.
The people who get the most from FastTrack aren't usually the ones who think they have all the answers. They're the ones who stay curious, get involved, learn from others and make the most of the opportunity in front of them.
Employers are looking for more than qualifications. They're looking for people who can work with others, solve problems, show initiative and make a positive contribution.
By the end of the programme, you'll have practical experience, evidence of your skills and examples of your attitude in action; giving you more to talk about in applications and interviews, and more reasons for employers to take notice.

Yes. They form part of your preparation and will help you get more from the experience.

We'll send full joining instructions before the programme starts, but a laptop, notebook and willingness to get involved are a great place to start.

Flexible means that you can decide amongst your team whether your weekly session is in person, online or a mixture. It might actually be easier to meet up and do the session in person than to get together on a Teams call.

We suggest smart business dress, but make sure you are comfortable. You'll be moving around and active throughout the sessions.
