What this is
Listening is one of the most valuable communication skills you can develop, and one of the hardest to evidence to an employer.
This 72-hour challenge gives you the principles of Deep Listening, a real-world practice opportunity, and a structured reflection to submit. By the end, you'll have something genuine to say about your communication skills, and the experience to back it up.
Why do it
When an employer asks about your communication skills, the well runs dry fast. Generic answers only go so far.
By completing this challenge you'll be able to talk about your communication skills with a depth and specificity that makes you stand out.
